Optional Jayde Spa Upgrade – Important Information
Make your visit extra special with a 2-hour Jayde Spa experience before or after your treatment for £35 per person. You’re also welcome to bring one guest to enjoy the same spa session (even if they’re not having a treatment).
Please note:
Spa sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid via the Jayde Spa App before your treatment day - this applies to both you and your guest.
Your spa experience includes full access to our jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool - the perfect way to unwind and recharge. (Over 18s only.)
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Optional robe, towel & slipper hire available on the day for £5, payable at reception.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are redeemable at the point booking your appointment. Using the online booking system, book your appointment as normal. You will be asked for a payment method, by which point you will choose ‘gift card’. Then follow the instructions on screen.
There is a car park at Cains Brewery, a 7-minute walk from the entrance to Parliament Square. There is also a car park on Jamaica Street, about 10-minutes walk from the entrance. There are sometimes car parking spaces available along St James Street, however these are not always available.

Free parking is available on Claremont Road (the side road next to the clinic) and on Endbutt Lane (opposite the clinic). Both subject to availability.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are redeemable at the point of sale (post-treatment). Please bring your gift card to the appointment, as the gift card number is necessary for redeeming your credit. Please note: Gift Cards for NIKS|SKIN Wellness Clinic are not redeemable by the sports therapist or other external practitioners. These gift cards are for the appointments made with the staff members of NIKS|SKIN only, and cannot be used for Sports Therapy Appointments.
The clinic’s booking system differs from the practitioner’s payment system. Payment for appointments are taken by the practitioner after your appointment with a card terminal. Receipts are available post-payment.

There is on-street parking in front of the clinic (subject to availability). There is also a car park opposite the clinic entrance (Duke Street Car Park), and behind the clinic on Parr Street (Parr Street Car Park) that start from £1.50 for 1 hour.
